How to Give Parental Consent

Completing parental consent takes just a few minutes. Here's what to expect:

Download & Create Account
Download Zigazoo from the App Store or Google Play. When creating your child's account, you'll be prompted to enter a parent email address.
Make sure to use an email address you have access to.
Check Your Email
You'll receive an email from Zigazoo with a link to complete the parental consent process. Click the link to proceed.
Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Verify Your Identity
Complete the verification process using one of our secure methods. This may include a small credit card verification charge (which is immediately refunded) or another identity verification option.
The $0.50 verification charge is fully refunded within 24-48 hours.
All Done!
Once verified, your child's account will be fully activated. You'll have access to parental controls and can monitor your child's activity through the parent dashboard.
